Greetings, my name is Param Dhyan Kaur.
My path to Kundalini Yoga began during a time of profound life crisis. It was during this challenging period that Kundalini Yoga found its way into my life, like a gentle yet steadfast guide, leading me out of the darkness and into a place of clarity and healing.
This transformative experience inspired me to delve deeper into the practice, and I pursued my studies at the Kundalini Yoga Research Institute (KYRI). Upon graduating, I felt a strong calling to share the profound wisdom and healing power of this ancient practice with others

I have devoted myself wholeheartedly to the art of teaching Kundalini Yoga, which encompasses not just the physical practice but also a deep understanding of its philosophical foundations. I offer master classes that delve into the intricacies of this ancient discipline and provide consultations tailored to support individuals in navigating emotionally and mentally challenging times. My goal is to create a safe and nurturing environment where each person feels empowered to explore their inner landscape.
Each of these practices is deeply rooted in the intention to guide others toward achieving lasting inner peace, emotional balance, and personal empowerment on their unique life journeys. I believe that every individual possesses the innate potential to overcome obstacles and rise to their fullest potential, and it is my passion to assist them in that transformative process.
Inner Dance
As my teacher Pi Vilaraza describes it, the Inner Dance Ceremony—also known as Kundalini Energy Activation—is like a cosmic river, flowing gently into the heart and inviting us to align with the natural rhythm of the universe.
It’s an experience of surrendering to this flow, where the mystical and the personal become one.
Through this practice, I’ve discovered a profound and practical truth: within each of us lies a vast reservoir of energy, like a hidden rechargeable battery.
